Rainforest Birdwatching Tour

Dawn birding for toucans, motmots, hummingbirds, and dozens more species.

Costa Rica is home to over 900 bird species, and the Arenal region is one of the richest spots to see them. Head out at first light — when birds are most active — with an expert guide and scope. Expect keel-billed toucans, motmots, tanagers, oropendolas, and a dazzling variety of hummingbirds. Binoculars provided if you don't have your own; bring a camera and your sense of wonder. We keep this tour small and intimate — a maximum of 5 guests, which is what sets us apart from the big operators. Traveling with a larger group? Contact us directly and we'll arrange it just for you.
